Prices

In case of delays, pending orders, or out-of-stock items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible and explain what we can do about it, such as offering a refund or helping you find a similar product elsewhere.

Payments

We accept payments with VISA, VISA Electron, PayPal and Mastercard. 

Shipping

We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of purchase. We ship all over USA, and shipping is free.

🚨 IMPORTANT: If there is no space for delivery, your package will be redirected to the nearest pickup location, and you will be notified. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer service.

Products are delivered every day of the week. During peak demand periods, delivery times may be longer.

Refunds

If a refund is necessary, please contact us so we can process the agreed amount.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day withdrawal right when purchasing from us. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your goods.

This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You may also use the standard withdrawal form found at the end of these terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to accept the package without also informing us.

If you return an order that included a gift, the entire order must be returned.

Returns

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item.

📌 You must cover the return shipping costs and are responsible for any damage during transit. This means you bear the risk of the product from the moment it is delivered until we receive it back.

When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring it is properly packaged. To speed up processing, please include a copy of your order confirmation in the package.

If you wish to return an item, we can assist with labeling and reimburse shipping costs if you have paid for the order. Otherwise, send it to the address provided above.

🚨 You cannot cancel the order simply by refusing to accept the package without explicitly informing us.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are only responsible for any depreciation of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

In other words, you may try the item, but it must be in the same condition as when you received it.

If the item shows signs of unusual use or damage, it will be considered used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the resale value of the item when returned.

To receive a full refund, you must try the product within 30 days without causing visible depreciation.

Refund Process

If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid. However, if the product has lost value due to your handling, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, all payments you have made, including shipping costs (except extra costs for selecting a delivery method other than the most economical option we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless another arrangement has been made. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you provide proof that you have returned it.
